CEO & Director, Corporate SecretaryMr. McLeod has spent more than 30 years in senior management positions in Canada, USA, Russia, Europe and Asia. Previously, Mr. McLeod was the CEO, President and Director of Gold Mountain Corporation (GMC), a junior resources company based in British Columbia. Prior to GMC he was CEO and Director of Borets-Weatherford, a global oil services company. Before Borets-Weatherford Mr. McLeod spent 20 years with Schlumberger involved in mergers and acquisitions, business development, operations, and marketing. Mr. McLeod has start-up operations project experience as well as merger and acquisitions experience in a variety of geopolitical environments.
Mr. McLeod holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Engineers from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Chief Financial OfficerMrs. Khan is a Chartered Professional Accountant and she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001 majoring in Economics from Simon Fraser University. Mrs. Khan has previously worked for Midas Gold Corporation as Controller and PWC as a Senior Associate. Alia Khan received her CA designation in 2008.
